Our experience of the built environment is largely shaped by the public and institutional buildings at the centre of our communities. These buildings set the standard in terms of both architectural form and building services function. The importance of sustainability in the whole life cost of a building is now a priority in design and is recognised by the BREEAM sustainability rating of buildings.

Public buildings are generally bespoke buildings which require a building services contractor who can contribute experience and innovation at both the design and installation stage. Our experience from commerce and industry allows us to contribute technical excellence to services installations in hospitals, universities, public sector offices and civic buildings.
