Fergus Frawley, Group Managing Director

In his capacity as Group Managing Director, Fergus is responsible for driving business performance across all areas of operation. Key responsibilities include the enhancement of overall team capabilities so as to continually improve our customer's experiences. He supports the effectiveness of the Board of Directors in the delivery of Group objectives and acts as an ambassador on behalf of the company in external industry and corporate relationships.

Jimmy Kirby, Group Strategy & Innovation Director

Kirby Group operates within a highly dynamic international environment. One of the Group's core values is the concept of 'Innovation - to find the best possible solution to our client's needs'. Jimmy oversees the strategic development process within the Group; identifies strategic options and promotes a culture of innovation. He champions the customer experience by ensuring a customer focused ethos is evident. Jimmy is a qualified engineer and has been a Board Director since 1997.

Mark Flanagan, Group Operations Director

Mark is Group Operations Director with overall responsibility for operational activities within the Group across all business units and regions. Working closely with Fergus as Managing Director and Jimmy as Strategy and Innovation Director, Mark is centrally involved in the direction of company operations to achieve client satisfaction and overall team performance. He was most recently UK Managing Director and has previously held positions in project and contracts management within the Group. 

Ray Ryan, Director, Dubin Region, EHS & Quality.

Ray is the Director with overall business responsibility for Kirby Group operations in the Dublin region. In addition, he has Board level responsibility for EHS and Quality within the Group leading the in-house departments and the specialists operating within. He joined the Group in 1994 after spending 10 years in the United States working as a Senior Projects Engineer on many multi-million dollar projects in the municipal/industrial sector.

Derry McMahon F.C.C.A, Group Finance Director

As Group Finance Director and Company Secretary, Derry is responsible for the financial management of the Group through ensuring adequate systems, controls and risk management procedures are in place. He has overall management responsibility for support services relating to procurement, human resources, administration and commercial management. A qualified accountant he has held his current position since 2010 having previously been Group Financial Controller.
